An instructor will customize a workout for 2-6 clients utilizing all of the equipment and the mat. This class is perfect for those who are practicing at a Basic Level and looking to sharpen their skills. We require you to take Private lessons before registering for Open Level and Fundamental 1 Classes. This is to ensure your safety by learning the Basic Syllabus and how to use several different apparatus.
