About this event

Keep an eye on your instruments as you learn how pilots navigated the skies without actually seeing what was out there! Students will learn about methods of detecting aircraft and objects such as radar, how pilots rely on their instruments to keep flying even when they couldn't see out of their cockpit, and how to plot out flights and navigate them in the air. Highlights:

Learn how to read and draw out flight plans on maps for navigation

Uncover the history of radar and simulate its uses during the war
