- ➤ Virginia Beach police searched two smoke shops on the 5400+3600 blocks of Virginia Beach Boulevard in an illegal marijuana distribution investigation and discovered raw marijuana, marijuana products and synthetic cannabinoids amid a rise in burglaries targeting these shops. WTKR

- ➤ Regent University is constructing new athletic fields and a facility along Centerville Tpke where missing trees mark the ongoing project.
