The Virginia Beach SPCA is asking families to foster or adopt as its shelter now houses over 100 animals, with two dogs waiting over 300 days (staff say summer is ideal since kids are home from school to help a pet settle in).

Amazon held a ribbon-cutting tour on Friday at its new 3.2M sqft fulfillment center that uses robotics to improve efficiency + create skilled jobs.

The center, which currently employs over 1,000 people, will host a STEM robotics event for high school students in July.
