- ➤ A Virginia Beach business owner, Coleman Ferguson, launched the Virginia Beach Arena Project by submitting a proposal Monday morning to build a 20,000‐square‐foot indoor dome at the Oceanfront that could host concerts and a professional sports team. Councilmember Cash Jackson‐Green said the proposal will be reviewed by city council on Tuesday to decide if a feasibility study will be conducted and the project pushed forward. 13News Now
