On Sunday, a fire on Shenstone Drive in the Lake Shores area displaced four people and one dog when an electrical issue in the attic sparked the blaze, and the Virginia Beach Fire Department controlled the fire by 12:21 p.m. as the Red Cross provided temporary housing.
