- ➤ The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore said food insecurity is growing in Hampton Roads, with one in eight residents and up to one in three children at risk, and they are fundraising for a new facility in Virginia Beach that will boost meal production from 10,000 to 30,000 meals an hour. Supporters can join Hunger Action Day on Tuesday by wearing orange—donating or volunteering to pack meals. WTKR
