ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Hampton Roads Workforce Council is launching two state-funded training programs to fill the job gaps in shipbuilding and healthcare because thousands of positions remain unfilled in the region—each program will offer career readiness training and industry credentials with training beginning later this fall. Interested workers can apply at Virginia Career Works centers or through local nonprofit partners for tracks lasting from six weeks to six months. 13News Now
