Virginia Beach will close its request for proposals this Friday to sell about 350 acres of land that hosts the popular VB National golf club, which sees over 50,000 rounds played each year according to club Director Glen Pierce.
Proposals due by November 21st must include a concept plan, lease or sale price, and timeline—residents can email city council if they oppose the sale.
