- ➤ City leaders reviewed a proposal that would let residents use a $50 digital parking voucher for Oceanfront lots—if approved, the voucher can be reloaded one time for an extra $50 for $25 and may launch in April. WTKR
- ➤ The Virginia DMV launched its new mobile ID program this month to help travelers pass through security faster at Norfolk International Airport and five other state airports. The digital ID lets users store a secure version of their driver’s license on a smartphone so only necessary information is shared—while a physical ID is still required. 13News Now
- ➤ AAA is urging Virginia drivers to slow down and change lanes when they pass vehicles with flashing lights during busy Thanksgiving travel. New research shows roadside worker deaths are higher than reported—drivers are asked to give emergency responders extra room to work safely. 13News Now
