Mount Trashmore will host the Taste of Virginia Fest & Holiday Market on Sunday, Dec.
7 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. after its weather-related postponement, featuring food trucks, local vendors and artisan makers in a revived celebration of global cuisines and holiday finds.
Anthony White, a mechanic and artist at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, has brightened hallways for nearly 40 years with festive murals and displays.
He will retire next year, though he may return for one more mural to spread holiday cheer.
