- ➤ Virginia Aquarium announced a new aquatic veterinary internship beginning summer 2026, offering clinical training for graduate veterinarians in aquatic animal medicine. Applications open this winter, and interns will work with specialty-trained veterinarians as they care for over 4,000 animals (including sea turtle stranding rescues) as part of the program. 13News Now
