🌲 Hikeadelic: Morning Hike at First Landing State Park 🌊 Hampton Roads Psychedelic Society 📅 Sunday, November 8 · 8:00 AM 📍 First Landing State Park, 64th Street entrance (64th St & Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach) Come start your Sunday with fresh air, forest trails, and good company. Hikeadelic is a walking-and-talking gathering where we connect with nature and with each other. We'll share conversation about psychedelic education, integration, wellness, and whatever comes up along the way. We'll meet in the parking lot just past the 64th Street gate and walk the trails toward the Narrows, with marsh, maritime forest, and bay views. The pace will be easy and conversational, and you're welcome to turn back whenever you need to. All are welcome. That includes every background, identity, body, age, and experience level. You don't need any psychedelic experience to join, just curiosity and an open heart. 💛 What to bring Water and a snack Comfortable shoes (some trails are sandy) Layers for a cool November morning Bug spray and sunscreen Cash or card for the state park parking fee (about $7 per vehicle). Carpooling is encouraged! Community Agreements Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Respect privacy: what's shared on the trail stays on the trail. Speak from your own experience, and listen without judgment. Leave no trace. Pack out what you pack in. Substance Policy The Hampton Roads Psychedelic Society is an education and community group, and our events are substance-free. Please do not attend under the influence, and do not bring, use, share, buy, sell, or ask about controlled substances at our events or on this Meetup page. We don't provide substances, ceremonies, or referrals to them. If you choose to explore psychedelics on your own, please educate yourself on safety and harm reduction. Anyone who doesn't follow this policy may be asked to leave and removed from the group. These guidelines keep our space safe, legal, and welcoming for everyone.
