Hex The Hustle- A Beginner- Friendly Breathwork & Soundbath Session

About this event

Between the endless to-do lists, responsibilities, and demands of daily life, it's easy to forget to slow down and simply be. This Friday the 13th, give yourself permission to step away from the noise and into an evening of calm, connection, and a little magic.

Join us for Hex the Hustle , a restorative experience combining gentle, beginner-friendly breathwork and calming sounds of singing bowls to help you release stress, relax your body, and feel more grounded.

We’ll focus on creating a safe space to calm your mind, softening tension, and giving yourself permission to simply receive.

You do not need any experience with breathwork, meditation, or sound baths.

This is a beginner-friendly space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and take a real pause from everything you’ve been carrying.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
