An instructor will customize a workout for 2-6 clients utilizing all of the equipment and the mat. This class is perfect for those who are looking to sharpen their skills and knowledge of the Pilates system. We require you to take Private lessons before registering for Open Level and Fundamental 1 Classes. This is to ensure your safety by learning the Basic Syllabus and how to use several different apparatus.
